E_K_S --- i am a special sits guy always looking for catalyst. Did you read my recent Marriott article on " Kedar special situations"? MDU is basically in all directions. They have good assets, but am not sure if they have synergies in those assets. Maybe better been broken off!

How well have you researched that company?
