I don't accept that logic for several reasons -- first "ample time" is subjective particularly considering his campaigning, secondly there are several levels of detail concerning the charges that go beyond a lawyer-drafted complaint. ETC.. Let's have the facts in context.

By the way, what really constitutes "sexual harassment." in practical terms. is not simply "discrimination that violates Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964.

We all know there are degrees of violation that rangeall the way from Barney Frank's sodomy on "the Hill", Teddy' midnight dips, and Clinton's head-of-state in the Oval Office to misinterpreted behaviors that make someone of the opposite sex feel "uncomfortable."

The spectrum of such harassment is too broad in my opinion. Individual behavioral circumstance and intent is the issue.

Bill, sure you may be right; but, I don't know at this point. So I'll wait until more facts are available and minimize post-decisional conflict and apologies .
