The way the stock has been dropping for the past week leaves me a bit concerned as to whether somebody knows that the NASDAQ application will be rejected. I will remain on board until next Qtr #'s are released and then make a decision about what to do next.

Dear franco nuvoloni: I think I can answer that. Has to do with the definition of imperical evidence. Means NOT ACTUAL evidence but conclusions which MAY BE DRAWN from existing evidence. Presumes existing evidence is sufficient to draw such conclusions. I am, however not an English teacher--Franco, are you a Maestro? JDN
