Lawrence - The SEC filing language is Absolutlely Standard. I've written a few of these and can tell you from personal experience the exercise is always designed to warn of all posssible risks so the reporting company does not get sued for non-disclosure. The one we see here is innocuous at best. It adds no new information or new potential risks to the equation that have not already been reported. This is a big positive, not a negative. If as everyone expects the company signs a JV, then the mine itself will pan out as assays indicate and fund the company. The price of gold should be close to its nadir and so should only be positive going forward. Things look very exciting for this newly energized company.
