Rockport Police Chief Tim Jayroe said Thursday that Aransas County Court-at-Law Judge William Adams likely would have been charged with causing injury to a child and other assault offenses if the five-year statutes of limitations hadn't expired.

Sounds like Texas morals are about following the law.

I don't think it's a Texas thing. I think that's your typical conservative family dynamic. ( I wonder if the guy's wife "takes it like a grown woman"? LOL! ) But, there ARE a LOT of conservatives in Texas!
