I read and watched the full 7 1/2 minutes and almost puked.....That SOB should be sentenced to one year for every swing...... Is that considered normal child rearing in Texas and Arkansas....?? You seem to want to justify on some legal basis...... that effer should be sent to one the CIA's black prisons... I didn't justify anything based on anything. You tried to condemn the residents of a state (now two states!) based on the lack of legal action for a crime that was committed long enough ago that the statutes of limitations were exceeded. Your attempts to take a random crime and paint people who had nothing to do with it as the bad guys is very childish. Crimes happen in every state and by liberals and conservatives and everything in between. Criminals belong in jail. Do you think that the statute of limitations should be lifted on all crimes? Again, step away from the keyboard......

I went to high school in Texas, and corporal punishment was a hallowed tradition. One of the coaches who administered the beatings even carved his own paddle! It's common all throughout the old south.
