Michael, It reminds me of the tale of the Walrus and the carpenter, telling tales to the young oysters.

"....and answer came there none !, they had eaten every one"

As each person balked Lew would craft an answer to get them onside, even phone calls and e-mails were used.

Anyone in that situation??

Back off Flynn. The good people at IPM are working 12 hour days to
resolve shareholder concerns. Only a few short weeks ago JTaylor had
IPM at the top of his "Moonshot List".

However, IPMCF13 seems to be in gimbel lock and is tumbling out of
control.
