Hi Marc: There is no question in my mind that I have posted my share of mistakes on message boards in the past. Some were a mistake at the time and some have been a mistake in retrospect. It is important to recognize them and admit to them. But it is most important to try to learn from them and try to better oneself and then move on to be that better person. Posting nothing for several years now has drastically cut down on the number of my mistakes <g>. Writing is not easy for an unpublished author. You must be passionate about your subject because there is an excellent chance that you won't be able to sell your work. And with that in mind, you have to justify the amount of time you have invested in it in other ways. With that said, self-publishing is more of a viable option today than it ever was in the past.
