That would be Ron Paul, and ONLY Ron Paul. If that was the only thing I cared about, I'd vote for him with MM.

The thing is, the president isn't a dictator. He can't do those things without congress. So, even if he was elected, congress wouldn't LET him gut the military. They might let him end the wars.

I was thinking Barack was going to do it.
Ron Paul we know. Not sure about Cain.
Seems most of the other candidates want to end the wars. Time frames differ.
Only Paul would gut the military as you put it.
