Pass some bill that cuts taxes and has nothing to do with jobs but sell it as a jobs bill and blame the Senate for not passing it.

That's the reality. Regulatory "reform" and tax cuts do not equate to job creation. It is just handouts to the republicans' base, the super wealthy.

It would be interesting to see if the house is capable of passing anything that would actually create jobs. I think not.
