Tonto, I don't have any first hand knowledge but I spoke with mork tuesday for a couple of hours. He said there was a reporter down in Flordia that has been checking this out and that reporter couldn't find any up-and-running clothing plants nor could his contacts locate any overseas operations. As I remember from the conversation, when the reporter first went to the company regarding the closed mill the company showed him a new booklet about an airplane business and they said thats what they were going to do. Mork was said that the reporter was finishing this article and it would be printed soon.
Again, I don't have first hand knowledge of this, just passing along one side of the story that was told to me. It should be verified because I haven't. If anybody wants to know morks side of this I suggest you call him directly.

Tom Clarksburg was very adamant that they own the Hialeah plant, the old press release your referring to says they own them all, and their SEC filing says they own no real esate. <G>

Hard to know who to believe isn't it? This post by Tom says that the Hialeah plant of OVIS is fully operational...call the number posted by PTM and you will find that it is the former site of Olympus, it is now occupied by a cutting service that has nothing to do with Olympus. Try it.
