Hal, I can actually see so Mo developing here. INS and a few other deals could really be good. I have went from being slightly bearish to slightly bullish. Feel like 14+ is a possiblity by end of January if market holds up. Marvin

Hal, It is. The short interest has gone from 600,000 to about a million in about two months. These guys did not short these shares at $19.00.....They shorted at about $10.50. They are at the mercy of the big deal. IDX is working on several big deals. They have been for some time...IMO. You must believe that Identix will get none of them......for a short position to look attractive. So I'm thinking Identix will get one of them.....and the shorts get creamed....simple. Watch what a couple of very large orders can do to the earnings and estimates.......I know it has not happened yet.....but I will be happy, if not darned right delighted, to discuss it with you when it does....Don't go away. bg
