I think it may have to do with co-mingling client monet without approval. Then I heard that was OK if the funds were put into interest bearing accounts for holding purposes. After all that European soverign debt he invested in was paying "interest". Cough. I hear leverage was 80-1 too. Of course none of it will fly. But his Lawyer will try anything. People will get the shaft. The Government might get a big fine. Just have to see how it works out with jail time. Plus how much his buds on wall street can cover for him.
