12:15 (Dow Jones) The blood-letting in Alcatel-Lucent (ALU) isn't done yet, with the telecom-equipment maker's ADS down another 9.4% in New York after Friday's punk 3Q report. S&P Capital IQ and Citi both downgrade ALU to sell.
