PMylnar, I noticed that the EE article seemed to suggest that the bond was only a possibility and that a judge may waive it. I also noticed that there have been reports that the bond was to be either 100% or 150% of the total damage award. Do you know whether the bond can be waived and whether it is 100 or 150%. I believe this bond issue could be very significant. Even though AVNT downplays the significance by saying they have the cash resources, this kind of liability will scare away a lot of responsible lenders or other sources of financing and they appear to be going through their cash with their acquisitions (although granted they appear to be positive cash flow from continuing operations). The advantage AVNT has is that they do not have a lot of debt, so they will not likely have much pressure in that regard. Do you know if they are inheriting any debt from the TMA acquisition (isn't the shareholder meeting due soon)? It appears to me that AVNT has to be concerned, if Silvaco won 31M, how much will CDN win and will they be able to pay them both and survive without additional financing? I think this next quarter will be very telling. I notice that the pace of announcements appears to have stalled. Could it be they are losing sales?
