Moe and Larry: I'm aware the news was released and picked up on several news services 1/2 hr. before the close. My point was that DOW JONES picked up the story after the close (actually after 5:00 pm est). Many people use quoting services (ours is A.T. Financial) that carry only Dow Jones news stories. I, and many others, were not aware of this news until well after the close.
