You're absolutely right, GZ. For about 10 years, whenever I called a company and a foreigner answered, I simply hung up. Finally, about five years ago, I stopped calling unless it became completely unavoidable. Most of the time, I book reservations online. As the direct results of corporate outsourcing, foreign invasion, and the loss of U.S. sovereignty, I no longer fly or call companies unless it's completely unavoidable. What in the world has happened to our country?
