Kennedy pleaded guilty and received a slap on the wrist...how could he be found innocent as you claim?

He was found INNOCENT, and the statute of limitations has LONG passed, and he's DEAD, forever. By your rules, it's a non-issue, so, STFU about it.

In the law there is no such thing is "innocent". He may have been found "not guilty" of a crime, but he is far from innocent. It is a fact that Ted Kennedy was driving the car. It is a fact that he drove the car into the water. it is a fact that he exited the car and left Mary Jo Kopechne in the car. It is a fact that he waited several hours to report the incident. It is a fact that Mary Jo could have been saved if he would have called earlier.

And where he may be dead now, it is not a non-issue because democrats still defend the prick.

Cain was never charged with anything. He wasn't personally sued and the accusers refer to be talk about specifics or identify themselves even when released from the NDAs and the liberals are ready to string him up.

He pled guilty to leaving the scene of an accident causing injury, got the minimum sentence, which the judge suspended .... he got a slap on the wrist in a case where a young women died. And the Massachusetts public apparently thought his behavior was acceptable for a public official.

The TX judge, while he can't be charged with anything, will never sit as a judge again.
