David - yeah but, the market makers need to have stock available for real transacitons. I thought they should be neutral, not trying to help the shorters. If the shorters are shorting phantom shares, they shouldn't count, and if the good guys have locked up all the float, don't they need to get some shares shook loose? Just trying to understand the players and game. Thanks all for the comments
