fma---I'd like to clear up a couple of points here. Fred Betz is the person that is taking care of the margin dealings. He started the process a few months back and turned in a submittal packet in September. The SEC came back to him and needed a list of current shareholders ---upon receiving that list, the person that is in charge of reviewing the final approval told Fred Betz that he would be hearing something within 3 to 4 weeks. If all the paperwork is in order, the marginability should come shortly thereafter. This is a direct quote from the FSB margin regulations--" securities are immediately marginable upon designation as NMS securities" and can superceed the quarterly list. Jan
