He mentioned cisco 2/3 times.

The market cap for CSCO now is $56.5B

CSCO sales are about $7B/year. 8 x sales would be about equal to CSCO's current market cap.

Where is the premium, here? Would anyone pay 12 x sales?
That would be about $120/share, or $80B.

LU has a market cap, now, of about $54B (about the same as CSCO). Even with no premium, LU would have to pay more for CSCO than LU is worth. It happens (WCOM, right?). Still, why pay so much when you can pay much less for ASND, and get a market leader in areas in which LU has an immediate interest.

Anything is possible, but doesn't the above tend to show that ASND is a relative bargain here?
