Agreed. And that's true even if you don't correct the regressive character of the taxes that support ss. If that were corrected--no income caps, the problem goes away. period.

Bank of America's book value is about $230B and their market cap is about $68B. Price to book is about 30%.

What does that tell you? It tells me that the folks in the investment community believe this bank is insolvent.

A year ago BAC's stock was at $15 when the bank had more problems. What makes you think the markets are that smart?
