Welfare, food stamps, and earned income credit are entitlements. Social security and Medicare are not. Would you be in favor of balanced programs where the average person gets out of SS and Medicare what they contribute? Some would get out more than they contribute and some less, but it does not run a deficit long term?

Who among us is shocked, shocked to see that a massive transfer of wealth in the form of entitlement spending from younger workers to older adults, mainly retirees, has resulted in the older adults being wealthier? Oh, let’s not always see the same hands."... Does this mean that Governor Scott was correct in trying to curtail government retirement payments made to unionised school teachers and other unionised government workers? After all ken it is younger workers taxes paying for gigantic unionised government retirees,,,correct? These overpaid union retirees are also democrat/obama voters. correct? I'm surprised you would post something like this...are you coming into the light...the right?
