From the little I have read and the little I know, it appears that the shipping industry, particularly in the oil sector, is a fairly binary, boom/bust thing. This may account for the present valuation.

It looks too risky to me but if you have timed it right, you will likely make a fortune.

I don't see much improvement in the global economy anytime soon. In fact, the way I see it, there may well be very difficult times ahead in the near term as Europe goes into recession. And since it seems that oil demand/shipping and increased economic activity go hand in hand, the prospects for a good return in the next 2 years or so seem somewhat dim.

But who am I to advise the discoverer of NGD, which has made many of us a tidy sum?
