ggersh, thanks for your insights. I have found that Buffett bought his house for 25K in I think 1959 and it's been spacious enough that he still lives there, undoubtedly he has done some nice upgrades of bathroom's, kitchen and entertainment room.

you make excellent points. there a number of "smarter than the average bear" people on SI......

If I remember correctly my quote is that of Yogi Bear to Boo- Boo Bear. Maybe that's where Honey Boo -Boo got her name from. ;-)
