Apple is saying don't publicize bugs, particularly before they're fixed, and don't violate developer agreements by submitting malicious apps so he got tossed like anyone else would. Do Google and Microsoft pay bounties to have bugs publicly announced? I must have missed those. Charlie Miller is more interested in building his reputation than anything else.
