Pinnacle Micro Announces Extension Granted from Creditors' Committee; Agreement on
Settlement of Class Action Lawsuit

PR Newswire, Wednesday, November 19, 1997 at 08:21

IRVINE, Calif., Nov. 19 /PRNewswire/ -- Pinnacle Micro, Inc.
(NASDAQ:PNCL) today announced that the Company has received an extension
until Dec. 15, 1997 on the collection action moratorium previously granted by
a committee of the Company's Creditors in order to give the Company time to
seek additional capital. The extension is subject to earlier termination by
the Creditors' Committee in certain circumstances. The Company continues to
work closely with its secured lender in an effort to reach an agreement to
provide continued funding under a forbearance agreement. The outcome of these
discussions is not, however, known at this time.

Thanks, Still wonder if it is the original founder, was his
name Blum???? Well I feel that someone out there is also under
