Pierre,

At 15, I too, would buy more WSTL stock. There is no reason to think that WSTL cound not go down to 15 again with the way the overall market has been behaving. Unless some large contract gets announced. I don't see that happening for months.

It seems the street originally thought that Westell paid too much for Amati. Now it turns out that Westell actually did not offer enough and therefore they loose the deal.
