Robby,

Looked over the report that Terry sent me last night. But I bought some SMSC at $10 5/16 yesterday afternoon. $10 appears to be solid support, for a run to $11 1/2 to $12. Might not do that until tax loss selling ends, which could last most of next month. It's different every year.

The volume has been very light and a little bit of volume today popped it a bit.

We need to get a better rally than $12 though to get rid of what otherwise might be a head and shoulders formation shaping up. I don't really put much stock in those, but this one is very obvious.

The numbers look good but this mgt. has disappointed in the past.

Good luck,

Dwight

Robby,

Why don't you have Terry check and see if Southcoast has updated anything on SMSC since the Oct. report he has.

The stock was over $15 and they liked the the "technical" position.

It sure has to look different now, and it makes their $25 forecast a bit pie-in-the-sky.
