This is my last response on this issue. The post referenced by Rod was from Richard Mazzarella to C.R.Childress Tuesday,Jan 28 1997 7:16PM est.Subject:MICRO-FINE GOLD PLAYS - FRANKLIN LAKE,ETC .

Rod as you know that post was in reference to DELGRATIA MINING CORPORATION their contact person at that time was Mr. Dan Palikrousis 604/685-7933.Good Luck with your due diligance.

Imagine:
An officer of a struggling junior mining company that needs to borrow 10mm to keep going, loans 1,400,000.00 to an african junior mining company in which the above mentioned officer is also employed. The struggling junior mining company says don't worry you don't have to pay me back in dollars just give me some stock.the 10mm financing deal falls apart. The struggling junior mining company files for bankruptcy.Everyone is sad except for some officers that received an unexpected bonus of 1,400,000.00 from their african employer just before it filed for bankruptcy.A couple of other officers weren't sad for too long either. One was quoted as saying "it's really nice over here at this new junior mining company I hardly even miss ol IP...."
The stockholders could only lament I never saw any red flags, did you?
