This is the first time ever that TD Ameritrade has posted reinvested shares ahead of my Fidelity account.

My EPD shares showed up in my TDA account today as well. I checked with the EPD web site to be sure I got the discount and it appears that I did.

My Fidelity account shows the transaction pending, but the shares aren't showing up as reinvested yet.

Every time I'm asked by TDA to fill out a survey form, I give them excellent grades until the comment section. In the comment section I always tell them that Fidelity is better than them when it comes to how fast reinvested shares are posted in the account. TDA won today for the first time. Exciting! Ha!
