Hi Larry: My high school math is coming back to me now. You've got the picture right. The probablility of randomly flipping heads on a coin is 50% each time. The probability of randomly getting, say, 0.05 oz/ton on a fire assay is far lower. So while the probability of randomly flipping heads twice in a row is 50% X 50% = 25%, the probability of randomly getting 0.05 oz/ton twice on a fire assay may be, say, 10% X 10% = 1%.
