Al, if you want to roll back all of the increased spending under Bush, you're either an advocate for smaller government, or you really do believe in bigger government as long as the Democrats are the ones running the show.

I mentioned three things...2 wars and 1 social program...all unpaid for. As the two wars come to an end costs decline...i didn't advocate rolling back Part D...just covering its expenses ...

How you interpret all the rest of your puzzling post is anybody's guess...

Just gotta silence those evil Republicans. They're the enemy of "progress," you know.
