I think the mkt must be discounting much cheaper crude. We just don't seem to have enough conviction to sustain a strong rally. PDS is a case in point. It's selling now for slightly over 4 mil per rig with no premium for it's other businesses, which includes a fabrication plant where they have several slant rigs under construction(which they pioneered BTW).

You got it. Now if you wanted to be really agressive, bid the bid!! On NASDAQ, they must make an 1/8, so depending on how HOT the stock is, they have move the bid down 1/8, so it puts your bid in the "middle". Then they execute yours!!

On the big board, I just bid the bid and sometimes get it.
