Dumping applies only to sales at prices BELOW cost. If currency drops Korea can validly sell at cost+ in Korean Wons (since all their accounting is in Wons and not $$s) and thereby in low $$ terms.

this si exactly why US stocks react to SE Asia since their sales ot US will increase and purchases will decrease. Good for economy (low inflation) bad for US companies.
