I haven't looked at AEP before. The only information I have on them is that AEP is held in the Harvest Portfolio at Morningstar.

Josh Peters is disappointed that AEP got a moderately unfavorable settlement of regulatory rate case proceedings in Ohio which he thinks may slow down dividend increases going forward.

The dividend is covered with room to spare. It's going forward that concerns him.

Otherwise, everything else looks pretty good from what I can see, based on a quick-see look.
