Jeff, Great line. Here's a thought that is strictly supposition. A lot us have been concerned about Morgan's refusal to divluge the number of 144 shares issued. Maybe the shares for the $5,000,000 had been issued but he could/would not want those shares revealed in the total until the announcement. So rather than give an inaccurate number based on the old S-8, he just said that he couldn't reveal the number. Doug
