I do commercial work so they would need me again. When they call I would say you owe me for the last job, they would say 'damn accounting I told them to pay you months ago' yeah right. So I would get my money for the first job and on the new bid I would triple my price and ask for 50% down. So even if they didn't pay me the last 50% I was still ahead and if they didn't like my bid who cares they were dead beats anyway Never had a conservative cheat me, only liberals
