Rich,

I just missed seeing the 86,200 go through, but I did catch the 75,000 shares. I thought the bid and ask was 14 3/4 X 14 7/8 when I caught the 75,000 share trade. The reason I remember is at the time I had not seen the first trade and my first reaction was, is this a buy or sell, it's right between the bid and ask? My guess is that it was a prearranged deal between a couple of institutional investors. My observation was the same as yours, it seemed to not effect the trades that followed. In the past few days it seemed to me that there have been many large blocks go through at or near the ask, while a great deal of the small trades appeared to be on the sell side. This has still not given me much extra confidence as I don't really trust the management of the company very much. It's been making me think some of the big boys know what the numbers on this company may be in advance.

Last quarter they were equally nebulous with me about when they were going to release their earnings. I guess they like sneak attacks. I don't know if they do a conference call or not. I wonder if the analysts have to guess when the numbers are coming out?

Regards,
James
