Bipin and Linda: I, too, am looking for a re-entry point.....stock or
options. The thread seems to be fairly well split on this deal. The
deal looks OK LONG TERM, but maybe quite a bit of pain until
everything is sorted out,i.e., the deal is completed, the new CTO takes over, VSGN's customer base is visited and hopefully held onto,
and the pooling-of-interests accounting reveals what the two companies merged earnings REALLY LOOK LIKE, etc. All of this
will take time. I believe that we all have plenty of time to wait and watch. I do not think that BORL's stock price is going to run away
from us.The early flurries (stock trading) are nearing an end; the "pros" will be on the sidelines for a while. Those who are close to the industry and who have faith in Yocam, may make some major
purchases, but I dont think we will see much volume for some time.
As I stated in a previous post, I dont think we will see 9 1/5 again.
But, I dont think we will see 12 again until after the first of the year,
maybe until even much later. Allof the foregoing, IMO. Wish I had
a crystal ball.
Cheers and Luck to all,
Jack Gibson

Good afternoon, BPP and Partner!

You could be right. We may have stabilized at 9-7/8.

Perhaps we could be cautious and entertain a 1/3 position at around this price?

I will not chance VSGN. I'm short of cash, so I will only pick up a small position in BORL calls.

Linda
