Gee, Pete. Good to see you are doing your part to carry out your civic duty. "Oh yes. Don't do anything about all that corruption, as long as it doesn't hurt ME."

Well, even though you are clearly too shortsighted to recongnize this, sooner or later it will hurt YOU. And when it DOESN'T, you will be thankful to people like me who spend a lot of their personal time and energy to make sure the world is a better place. Though I am sure you will be too busy counting your money to think about it.

I do not resent free-riders like you, because they are naturally a byproduct of any effort to improve things. But I would suggest that at some point you take a moment to look beyond your own littly puny self interest and realize that there are things that are much more important than that.

My "Gab" meanwhile will continue to be open. Laws will be upheld, and the world will be a better place for it, no thanks to selfish oafs like yourself.

"You" are not paying any lawyers anything. And if a lawsuit makes management look out for shareholder interests, as is their duty, instead of their own, than "you" will benefit.

Personally, I wish you wouldn't, because your attitude indicates you clearly do not deserve it. But as I said before, there is not much you can do about the free rider problem.

Happy Investing!

Vanni

Well, I'm an unhappy shareholder...but I think the market MUST be protected. I don't want someone to be suckered into buying Corel stock due to false expectations...remember...it might be YOU that gets suckered by a PR effort. An efficent market is one where EVERYONE has the facts. Cowpland screwed with this principal and IMHO he broke the law...he SHOULD go to jail....but the OSC is far too gutless to nail him. Does the SEC have any jurisdiction?? I'm still going to hold for now....'cos I have so little to lose at this point. I did lose some $$ but I'm more angry at the actions of Cowpland then I am the $$.
