OFF TOPIC --- my gosh, fujitsu plays for keeps. when i finally got around to ordering the fujitsu notebook that i thought was a steal at 2599, the price had dropped to 2399! this for a 150mhz mmx, 2.0 gig drive, 2 meg of video memory, 32 mb of ram and a 56k modem. i'll probably be cursing it and wishing i'd paid up for a dell a week from now. but in the meantime it's an indication of the company's determination when it goes after market share. and it does have considerable financial muscle (to the extent that anybody has financial muscle in japan these days)
