Ish, too:

My sister uses magnesium oxide. She says: """I'll enclose a link where I get mine. I take it once a day at night unless they are bad in the day and then I take another. Magnesium is good for your bones too. The other thing you should do for relief is to rub a bar of soap over it for a minute (dry soap). This really works. I promise you. I get bad cramps in my hands and sitting on them won't help. I run plain old dry. (motel free) soap on it and they go away.
The link for triple magnesium oxide is http://www.swansonvitamins.com/SW1079/ItemDetail

Put the little bars of soap in the tops of your socks. I do that some times. """"""""

Note: My sister's sister... hehehehe, I who write say......I use potassium pills and those work also.

I had a particularly nasty cramp in my left calf early Sunday morning. Just would not stop cramping. It'd relax a bit then tighten up on me again.
