It just works. For instance, if I am at bridge and have a foot, leg type cramp, I put a bar of soap in the top of my sock and leave it there after I have rubbed my leg with it.

If I wake up in the night with a cramp I rub dry soap over it for a minute and it goes away and usually does not come back. I use it for hand cramps too.

How does the soap do that?""""""""""

Sis replied:

No, I don't. I thought it night be the castor oil in the soap; but, I really don't know. It just does.
