17 years that pig was allowed to rule. You have to ask......what were Italians thinking? You have to understand the nature of italian social and geographical issues to answer that...i have been away for too long and not there enough to do justice to the question...there is however a similar situation there than what we have here in terms of split between north and south, only somewhat reversed in the social sense...
