BUt we don't know what he will do when he gets there. Bush campaigned saying that the US should stop being the world's policeman. Did he lead that effort? Obama similarly said that he would tone down the military. di he do that? Thus, it is difficult to say what a President will h ave to face when he/she gets to the White House. The only thing I can somewhat start to believe is that put a woman in the WH and she will do what she says during the campaign. We have examples of Golda Meir, Margaret Thatcher, Indira Gandhi, Srimavo Bandranaike and Benazir Bhutto. Notice how two of these had to be assassinated in order to stop them in their tracks. That proves they do what they say they will do even in the face of opposition of the established lobbyists etc. Time for a woman President and that woman is surely not Michelle Bachman.
