mm, Powell is still a good man. When I watch him on TV, I see a President in him and then I feel proud to be an American. Now he is a picture of "humanization." Comes from humble middle class roots, talked about what his aunt's felt about his serving in the military but then supported him when he told them about the pension he would be making after he retires at 45 etc. I sincerely hope Obama persuades him to take a top spot in his cabinet even though he is not thrilled that Obama has not stood firm on many issues. Seems to me that Hillary and Biden would swap places after the elections. That leaves Defence (assuming they find something else for Panetta)
