You couldn't have one without the other is the only point I wanted to make. Muslim indonesian citizen brilliant barry soetoro's only legacy is he killed osama. He couldn't have killed osama if he didn't know where osama was living. Only through water boarding did the name of osama's carrier become known. Without water boarding barry couldn't have his killed osama legacy.
