Forwarded message.... ====================== Subject: Nay's Numbers The nays say that since there are too many shares out there, somebody must have sold some (or all) of those restricted shares that were registered on April 8, 1997. (see Kuglers post 20330, within +/- a post or two for post adjustments that occur for who knows what reason) Funny, we think there's too many shares out there too. So we aren't so very different we and the nays. We all agree there's too many shares out there. Amazing. We think those "too many shares" come from short selling. Here's how we know: We called the transfer agent so we know the float. If you don't think the TA knows the float, refer to the financials of March 1997 and you will see that the TA calls the shots on the float. When there is a discrepancy in the numbers between the Company and the TA guess who wins the debate? That's right. The TA wins. And guess what? The TA knows all about the restricted shares issued on April 8. Mork admits he's short. Funny how that little factor gets left out of nay mathematics. The nays will spell out the float math line by line, patiently and helpful. But they keep leaving stuff out! Mork wants the price down. Now gee... If the extra shares came from the 2 million restricted why would Mork and everyone who belongs on his "team" want the price down? He should be laughing with glee! Instead he is well...displeased. If the 2 million restricted shares have been sold, well, who could have sold them? I mean, after all they ARE restricted, they say right on the cert that they can't be sold until a certain date, so........ How exactly do you get money now out of a restricted share? YOU SHORT AGAINST IT!!!! Now who would do a thing like that? - not the company, they make more money by selling non restricted stock because they don't have to sell it at a discount or take a risk on price fluctuations. If the company was shorting it's own stock, they wouldn't be trying like heck to boost the price. Can you say Canada? California? Online brokers who trash the company? Strangers on SI who seem to know a lllooottt about shorting strategies? I wonder who it could be that shorted that stock? This isn't that complicated friends. It's not rocket science. It's just greed.
