Your are correct, my estimate would imply that earnings would be in the area of $1.20. If it turns out to be $.85, your estimate of $12.50 would sure be the price target! I think we need to get a number of analysts estimates and average them in order to get a meaningful target price. Have you check the most recent First Call estimates? I have found that First Call is widely used by the Street. The DD industry is sure in a mess. I for one would not put any money into it at this time. There are to many other investments to consider.
